Final Fantasy 14 Omega Ultimate First Clear Was Done With Plugins, Sparking Controversy
The Omega Protocol has been beaten. Final Fantasy 14's newest and toughest raid arrived just two weeks after the arrival of update 6.3, "Gods Revel, Lands Tremble," and as is the case with the Game 's hardest content, it's taken days for players to grind their way through the raid. That grind came to an end for team UNNAMED_ at 3:34 JST today as they claimed the title of world's first completion of The Omega Protocol. However, their claim was almost immediately met with controversy after a video surfaced that seemed to show the team's Dragoon player using plugins.
