Best NBA Parlay Picks Today, Saturday 12/30: 3-Leg Parlay at mega +1071 odds – Lakers triumph in Minnesota

The final weekend of 2023 brings us a tasty 6-Game slate on a Saturday. The Detroit Pistons are attempting to end a 28-Game losing streak, but the highlight of the night is definitely in Minnesota as the Lakers are in town. I’ve analyzed all 6 Games and came up with my 3 favorite picks for tonight’s NBA Mega Parlay.

Be sure to visit our NBA predictions page for picks on the side and total for every single game tonight, as well as on New Year’s Day on Sunday.

Now let’s dive into my bet!

DET Pistons ML (+160)

Over 223 Points in 76ers vs Bulls (-110)

LA Lakers ML (+136)

Parlay odds: +1071

DET Pistons ML (+160)

The agony of the Pistons has to come to an end at some point and tonight might be their best chance in a while of that happening. Toronto just played a tough road Game in Boston last night which they lost, plus they are 1-6 SU in their last 7 away Games and have failed to cover the spread in 5 straight road Games in Detroit.

Even mainstream media has picked up on the losing streak of the Detroit, we now have fans from across all four major sports in America making fun of the Pistons. They came really close to winning in Boston the other night, but blew a 21-point lead. Cade Cunningham was spectacular in that game, while as a team the Pistons have scored 14 and 15 threes in 2 of their last 3 games. If they can continue shooting like that tonight the streak will be over.

Over 223 Points in 76ers vs Bulls (-110)

The 76ers will be playing their 2nd Game in two nights, following their big win in Houston. Philly was once again without the big fella Embiid, but still managed to put up 131 points in the win, mainly thanks to Tyrese Maxey who exploded for 42. Tonight Game will be a tough one, but scoring wise the Sixers are doing just fine in this scenario as they’re averaging 116.8 points per Game on 2nd nights of back-to-backs.

In total 9 of the last 14 Bulls games have seen more than 223 points and that’s mainly due to them struggling defensively. This team ranks in the bottom 15 in defensive rating, for the season they are 18-15 on the O/U so far. Philadelphia’s opponents are averaging 4.1% more made threes in their road games than home games, so even the Bulls who aren’t as prolific from deep should have a high scoring game here. The over has cashed in 4 of 5 games for Philly and in their last 14 of 20 vs Central Division opponents. Back the points in this one.

LA Lakers ML (+136)

After their 11-point home defeat on Christmas Day, the Lakers bounced back with a comfortable 133-112 win over the Charlotte Hornets. The Game was decided in the 3rd quarter when the Lakers opened a 19-point gap, so none of the starters logged more than 28 minutes in the win. Since moving D’Angelo Russell to the bench, LA is 2-1 SU and in the 2 wins they’ve clicked offensively scoring 133 and 129 points.

Anthony Edwards exploded for 44 points in the 8-point win over Dallas the other day, but it is worth pointing out that the Mavs were playing without Doncic. The status of Karl-Anthony Towns is up in the air for this one as he is questionable with a knee problem. KAT had only 10 points vs the Mavs, so the Timberwolves might be shorthanded here. Minnesota is just 1-4 ATS in their last 5 games, they’ve covered only 4 times in their last 15 games vs West coast opponents. I’ll give the Lakers the benefit of the doubt here and back them to win outright.
